BIO: Julian first began running at a school track meet in grade 6 and began running with a coach in grade 7. In his first attempt at a club meet, Julian was successful at beating the competition and making an appearance at Hershey track and field North American finals in Pennsylvania USA. Julian won silver for his first ever medal in track and this set the tone for what has been a promising start, as noted in his performances above, to a running career. Julian is coached by Dale Lapham & Craig Burrell. Personal Trainer Gary Humber. Julians High School coach is Pickering High School's Mr Dale Lapham - Track and Cross Coach.
Goals: Julian says one day at a time ! He hopes to make it to the World Youth Meet and one day be good enough to represent Canada at the Olympics. But his short term goals are to continue building fitness and to enjoy these years of running, Baseball is a big part of his weekly routine along with belonging to a cadet sports team that competes in various sports (soccer, volleyball, basketball. handball etc) at sporting comps across Ontario. Julian is also a member of a drum and bugle band.
